About
My name is Kathryn Pilpil. I’ve been playing softball for 8 years and travel ball for 6 years. I bat from the leftside and throw right. I’m a utility player but my main position is second base. I can slap and can also hit away for power. I currently play for the SoCal Pumas 18Gold (#5).
Softball has made myself experience at a young age how competitive I really am and how not only do I benefit by playing the game, but it has also opened my eyes to new experiences. From traveling to different towns and states, to meeting new people, and even seeing the different cultures while playing the game. Just being able to understand that softball could bring me all of this has made the game so significant to myself and has made me not take what I have available for granted.
Let me take this opportunity to show you who I am and what I’ve accomplished.
